Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at sales@runwayfashionista.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping
Return shipping to our Sydney warehouse is the customer's responsibility, except for items that are defective or incorrect—we'll cover those costs.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. If your delivery exceeds 30 days (AU, NZ, USA, Canada, Europe) or 60 days (South America, Middle East, India, Africa), you'll receive a full refund automatically.

Non-Returnable Items
